  Great prices - appalling customer service. You get what you pay for! We bought a couch and a bed and mattress from this furniture store late November 2010. We wanted the furniture to be delivered on December 18th 2010 to our new house. We were told no problem. We paid about half and agreed to pay the remainder when it was delivered. He said call 3 days ahead before you want it delivered, which we did. The shop number rang out multiple times and we could not reach anyone. We finally found his cell number. Very hard to reach on that also. My husband finally reached him. The Friday night before the Saturday we wanted the furniture delivered he called us and told us he had messed up on getting the correct color couch from the manufacturer, and would need to deliver it all on Monday instead. We had a guest going to be staying with us Saturday night and I let him know we at least needed the bed delivered Saturday. He agreed he would be there between 12-1pm on Sat. Didn't show up and no phone call. After several times calling him he finally let us know it would be Saturday evening he would drop it off. Finally he told us that he couldn't get it delivered because there was too much traffic and would deliver it Sunday morning. Again, no show, no phone call. Finally, we he tells us that he'll get it all delivered on Monday at 5 pm. He showed up at 8 pm, with a last minute request that we pay the balance in cash only. Not only did he show up late, but was unfriendly and wanted to just leave the boxes of furniture in the garage and then take off, for my husband to carry by himself as I'm pregnant and can't lift things right now. I demanded that he help my husband at least carry them into the house, and he did so reluctantly. Needless to say we won't be doing business with them again... - Annie G.
